My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to helping children and youth build strong foundations for their future. With my guidance, they can learn to manage their emotions, cultivate positive relationships, and develop a healthy sense of self.

I am not a certified counsellor but I am someone who genuinely cares for others and wants to help others in need even if the only way I can help is by referring to a service that is more suitable. 
As someone who spends hours researching local resources, continuing my education and professional development on a regular basis as well as studied child and youth work, psychology, and life & career coaching. I am well equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources to help people that are struggling with emotional awareness and wellness.
